Launched today are the latest customer service improvements including online support ticketing, direct licence purchase and a range of support contracts that ensure you will be able to get dependable help on the system should you need it.

 

Support Contracts

We have produced four distinct monthly support packages including guaranteed response times, dedicated account managers and pro-active system monitoring. In addition we have for the first time created an installation support package to get you up and running or to help with decisions regarding hardware purchase, etc.

 

Online Ticketing

If you submit a support or sales request to TigerCube you will now get an automatic response including a tracking number, if its your first request you will also be given a password. By logging into TigerCube.net support area you will be able to track the resolution of query and also access all previous or historical queries.

 

Online Licensing

A big plus for you, our clients, and also for the sales staff at TigerCube, we now provide for online purchase and upgrade of licences meaning you can expand your system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Simply click the Home > Licence Management > Purchase Licences menu item on the TigerCube administration interface and you will automatically be taken to the correct licence page for your system.
