The Background
As part of their ongoing investment into infrastructure and customer services, the need for a comprehensive telecoms solution was identified.
The Solution
A TigerCube was deployed utilising their existing E1 Digital Line (providing 30 digital channels). For redundancy a SIP trunk supporting 60 lines was also configured. The system was installed into their premises overnight and fully operational for the start of trading at 7a.m. the next morning.
In addition TigerCube has provided full compliance with the Financial Services Authority by providing the FSA with full access to real time call logs and recordings.
