The service allows happy couples to register and receive gifts and contributions towards their honeymoon via the phone or their website.
The Background
Thomas Cook operates a policy supporting staff members who want to work from home and therefore have staff in many locations. The requirement was to provide a phone system with advanced call routing, ensuring that calls where directed to the staff members best placed to answer queries.
The Solution
