Advanced Off-site Backup Solution
Networks are getting quicker and disk space cheaper meaning that data can be stored off site cost effectively and reliably. Eliminating human intervention, such as the requirement to change tapes or copy files to CD, reduces the risk of backups being forgotten or ignored.
Full Onsite Backup Support
TigerBackup also provides full support for more traditional backup solutions, including backing up to a tape device or another network share. In all cases, TigerBackup will send an email reporting the success or highlighting any errors that may have occurred.
Flexible Configuration and Scheduling
TigerBackup is designed to allow any number of backup schedules to be quickly defined, each storing any combination of data to any number of locations, ensuring a disaster recovery process can be designed that suits all requirements.
Backups can be configured to include any of the components of the TigerCube such as the files stored on TigerShare, voicemail or call recordings from TigerPBX, Email or the core system configuration.
Comprehensive yet flexible scheduling allows for definition of a backup schedule that has maximum effect with minimum impact on network resources. Backups can be daily, weekly, on specific dates or times, all of which can be quickly configured and tested via the TigerGUI administration interface.
